Notes: Angie and I had a great early-morning run today. I was planning on also doing an afternoon run with Ryan, but I, uh, forgot, that today is my 3 year wedding anniversary with Ryan!! Instead of my second run, Ryan and I went to Johnsrud, a popular swimming hole on the Blackfoot River and hung out in the sun together. Very fun!
